Mind Reset
Mind Reset
Practicing Vedic Meditation gives the mind the chance to reset, twice a day.
It allows us to move beyond the layer of beliefs and stories that loop through our mind each day. The stories about who we are, the things we think we need to acquire to feel satisfied and the people or things that stand in our way of acquiring those things.
We transcend (go beyond) that layer and experience a quiet, de-excited state of deep inner contentedness.
The experience of deep inner contentedness squashes the notion that we need things external to us to be satisfied and fulfilled.
By repeatedly resetting the mind each day through regular twice daily practice, we enliven a baseline level of fulfilment and happiness from within us which we can then take out into the world.
