Meditation in the workplace

Modern workplaces place enormous demands on attention, energy and adaptability. Vedic Meditation gives employees a practical tool for reducing stress, improving focus and maintaining performance without burnout.
Benefits commonly reported by organisations include:
Improved concentration and decision making
Greater creativity and problem solving
Reduced stress and absenteeism
Stronger teamwork and workplace morale
Alongside teaching meditation, I have spent more than 15 years working in disability, health and leadership roles, including serving on the leadership team at Giant Steps Australia. This experience allows me to deliver programs that are practical, engaging and relevant to modern workplaces.

Children’s Courses
Let the kids join in
I've worked with children and young people for more than 15 years as a youth leader, Paediatric Occupational Therapist and Vedic Meditation teacher.
Children aged 4-11 have the opportunity to learn an eyes-open meditation technique which they can practice at any time. Whether they are happy, sad, excited or anxious, in the car, playing at home, doing their school work or walking down the street, this special technique can assist in dealing with the unique demands being placed on children. The child’s technique is available to children with at least one parent who has already learnt Vedic Meditation. The cost for the children’s course is $110 per child as well as a drawing or piece of artwork from your child. For more information please contact Dan.
Children and teens who are 12-18 years old are eligible to learn the eyes-closed adult meditation technique, with the intro talk and four-day course tailored to their needs. The course fee is $550.
What a blessing it was to have Dan as my very first group meditation teacher! He is warm, compassionate, knowledgeable and has a way of meeting you exactly where you are at on the meditation/life journey. I have felt nothing but support from Dan as a teacher, and have gained a lot of insight from the group meditation sessions. Thank you Dan!
