Consistency is key in any practice and Vedic Meditation is no different.

Want to sustain your fitness? Exercise consistently.

Want to sustain your clean house? Clean it consistently.

Want to get good grades? Study consistently.

Consistently doing our 20min x twice daily practice of Vedic Meditation allows us to build energy, adaptability, stability and clarity that is available to us all the time. Especially when challenges arise, we’re best placed to deal with them and aren’t just keeping our head above the water!

Without the consistency, we aren’t maximising the potential benefit. People might claim that the meditation doesn’t work, but more often than not, they just aren’t doing it consistently.
